| Folk believes as a widespread religious phenomenon of our country is a significant parts of Han popular culture which occurs spontaneously among the masses. These believe has very strong local cultural characters that come in a form of certain god worship, behavioral habits, ceremonies and institutions.Goddess the Golden Flower is one of goddess believed by people who lives in North West of Lansu province, which believe was derived from city Lanzhou and popularized around Mountain Bami in Yongjing County. There is little study about Goddess the Golden Flower as folk believes, in this paper, the author is going to discuss the origin, distribution, present and social function of temple fair. The study will be carried out through field investigation and text analysis methods. |
