The Study On The Folk Adages In "Yuan Qu Xuan"

This paper has done researches on the folk adages in Yuan Qu Xuan, first statistics the folk adages in Yuan Qu Xuan and studys it from source, grammatical structure and thesemantic structure. Nextly discusses the evolution of folk adages in Yuan Qu Xuan from the synchronic and diachronic aspects.The paper contains five chapters. The first chapter is an induction. It sums up the achievements on Yuan Qu Xuan and folk adages, and illustrates the study meaning and condition in the present.The next three chapters from the source, the grammatical structure and the semantic structure study the proverb, phrase, common saying of Yuan Qu Xuan. Pint out two central origins of the folk adages:some come from the ancient classical books of Chinese; some comes form folk spoken language. Pints out the proverbs of Yuan Qu Xuan have flexibility, duality in structure, and have characteristics of knowledge and rich semantics. Phrases in Yuan Qu Xuan in the structure section monolingual sentence phrase are dominant, and the grammatical structures of Chinese phrases are different. Phrases in Yuan Qu Xuan have the image features. The common sayings in Yuan Qu Xuan have flexibility, diversity in structure, and have characteristics of straightforwardness and ambiguity.The fifth chapter discusses the evolution of folk adages in Yuan Qu Xuan from the synchronic and diachronic aspects. Synchronic aspect discusses the synchronic differences of the proverb, the phrase in Yuan Qu Xuan, mainly for the homoerotic. Diachronic aspect discusses the evolution of the proverb, phrase in Yuan Qu Xuan from the respect of microcosmic and macroscopic. Pint out the folk adages in Yuan Qu Xuan has a visible transition, and important influence on the later works.
