| Since the birth of human society, empathy is the basis of interpersonal communication.Itis an indispensable link between good interpersonal relationships. Empathy not only can beseen as a kind of cognitive awareness on the object, it can also be regarded as individualinitiative to observe others’ situation of a kind of communication skills. Empathy is not onlyreflected the individual inner cultivation, and it also is the emotional foundation thatindividuals are harmony in human relations. For the normal professional college students,cultivating their ability of empathy is beneficial to promote their own quality improvement,and can help them to lay a solid foundation to become a qualified people’s teacher in thefuture. In this study, the normal professional students as the main research object, areinvestigated their current situation of empathy and the characteristics of empathy, as well as ingender, only child or not, different sources, different science and the different grades. Afterthat, they are applied the group guidance for empathy, and analyze the validity of improvingthe empathy ability of the normal professional students.This research is divided into five parts as follows:(1)An introduction mainly includes the research backgroundã€the research purposeã€the research significance.(2)The literature review mainly includes the evolution of the concept of empathyã€theempathy related theoryã€the application of empathy researchã€the effect of empathyã€theconcept of group guidance and developmentã€the advantages of group guidance and thenormal professional students’ empathy research status.(3)The study of the normal professional students with the content of empathy groupguidance mainly includes the two research: the one research is using the survey method todiscuss the situation and characteristics of empathy ability of normal professional students, aswell as different in gender, whether the one-child, different source, different science anddifferent grades on the demographic variables such as whether there is a difference; thesecond research which is on the basis of the analysis of the first research conclusion designesa set of targeted content for empathy group guidance scheme, after uses the experimentalcontrol group contrast design, experimental group receiving group guidance, control groupwithout any guidance,and then,we analyze the received statistical datas. On the basis of the analysis of data information and counseling speech analysis data, we are to explore theeffectiveness of the mode of group guidance to improve the normal professional students’empathy ability.(4)The conclusion: First, from the overall level, the empathy ability of students in thenormal class specialized average level. Second, empathy ability of normal students issignificant different in gender, whether the one-child, different sources and different science,but there is no significant difference in different grades. Third, through the content of empathygroup guidance, the normal professional students will greatly enhance their capacity forempathy, showing that the mode of group guidance can effectively improve student’s empathyability’s development.(5)The deficiency of this study and the improvement of this study. |
