Listening teaching is of great importance in teaching Chinese as a foreign language, listening lesson is always paid attention. In addition, in China, the number of foreign students learning Chinese is increasing, which greatly promoted the development of Chinese teaching. With the continuous updating of knowledge as well as the deepening of the study in recent years, more and more researchers have gradually realized that "how to learn" is also an important aspect for Chinese listening teaching, so the Chinese listening learning strategies have become the focus of researchers, because it affects the foreign students learning activities.In the actual process of communication, if the two parties of communication to quickly and accurately understand the heard information, the communication is effective. Whether the language learning theory or practice of the second language, research results show that, in the actual process of communication, listening is prior to talking, it is unable to communicate if they don’t understand from each other; in addition, in the process of language learning, hearing level, to a large extent, affects the learning effects on language, and plays an important role to improve the language level.This article adopts the method of theory and questionnaire, the theory includes the relative theory on second language and summarization of studies, such as strategy definition, classification and a variety of factors of learning strategies and so on. On the basis of the investigation, I will to use a popular strategy inventory for language learning (SILL) for intermediate level Chinese learners listening learning strategy research, to explore the relationship between foreign students in middle level and gender, learning time on Chinese, age, mother language, Chinese level, and the use of the learning strategies.Through the statistical results, we found that:1, society strategy, met cognitive strategy and compensation strategies are the three strategies of the more frequent using in the foreign students in middle level. These5kinds of strategies, social strategies are most frequently used, followed by met cognitive strategy, and the use of compensation strategy is ranked third, in fourth place is cognitive strategy, affective strategy is the least frequently used.2, in the study, the relationship between individual factors and listening learning strategies, we found: the learner’s age, gender, time for Chinese learning and students use listening learning strategies influence is not particularly significant, there is a significant connection between the mother tongue and partial strategy of the listening strategy used by the foreign students in middle level.
