The Research Of Mao Qiling And Xianghu Culture

The paper is based on Qing Dynasty scholar Mao Qiling and Xiang Lake.This paper through the collection and arrangment of a large number of literature,summarizes the origin and culture connotation of Xiang Lake,on this basis,analysis the contribution of Mao Qiling to the Xiang Lake culture.This paper mainly divided into two parts to discuss Mao Qiling and Xiang Lake culture. The first part mainly describes the process of compiling Water Conservancy of Xiang Lake just like the historical process in detail of the Xiang Lake. By taking various methods such as making rules and regulations and enacting the Water Conservancy Law, which is the first view of Xiang lake culture connotation.The second part is about Mao’s contribution. It mainly discusses the relationship between Mao Qiling and Xiang Lake and mainly displays in solving the private possession, and expelling of Xiang Lake. It discriminates the saying that draft of Mao’s Water Conservancy of Xiang Lake came from Fu Xuan in this part. Mao’s Water Conservancy of Xiang Lake has been the most systematical and detailed raw materials so far. In addition to this, Mao Qiling also enriched the cultural connotations of Xiang Lake by providing the first hand information for us.
