Analysis Of The Contemporary Li Nationality Literature Study

Li nationality literature research is an important component of Chinese ethnic minorityliterature. For now, the researches about the Li nationality literature are mainly made in domesticand are divided into two parts: the Li folk literature study and the Li writer literature research.The study of Li folk literature is made of the work of folk literature collection and theoreticalresearch. For the part of Li writer literature, the creation has made the encouraging progress atthe moment, but there are few theoretical research achievements. From the literature collectionand the study trends of contemporary Li nationality, the quantity of the Li folk literature researchis larger than that of the writer literature. A systematical and unique theory system of the studyon Li writer literature has not been made and there are few related works specifically for theresearch in Li writer literature. In fact, the contemporary literary creation, the research and thedevelopment of Li nationality have not got enough attention of the people and the academiccircle.Although some writings about the Li nationality have mentioned the research of the Linationality literature, the specific, comprehensive and in-depth research for Li literary criticismis still blank and some articles only mention it for some words.Choosing the study of contemporary Li nationality literature as the main object, the thesisintroduces it from the general situation and the research status of folk literature and the writerliterature respectively. The achievements of the research of the Li literature are discussed indetail and analyzed. What’s more, some existing problems of development of Li nationalityliterature are also presented and suggestions are given in the thesis in order to provide thereference for the Li nationality and China’s ethnic minorities’ creation and research in a certainextent.
