| Interpretation is the core of lexicography, it is directly related to the quality of the dictionary. The study of dictionary is a very practical subject, in order to explain the words of meta-language becomes full of practical significance to study the meta language, has good maneuverability, specific research done one of the best field. Longman Dictionary of Contempory English and Commercial Press Learner’s Dictonary is medium-sized export-oriented monolingual learner’s dictionary. They has a certain influence in the scope of their respective language, to some extent, reflects the Foreign Learners Dictionary Compilation level. Therefore, Longman Dictionary of Contempory English and Commercial Press Learner’s Dictonary as an example, a comparative analysis of meta-language from three aspects of macro structure, meso and micro structure, induction summarizes the differences and similarities between two dictionaries in the aspect of interpretation, and analysis the reasons, in order to explore the suitable interpretation rules of export-oriented Chinese learning dictionaries and method and export-oriented Chinese learning dictionary compilation suggestions beneficial revision.This paper mainly uses the qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis, comparative analysis, research methods of deductive and inductive methods such as combination of language, by meta-language on the basis of the theory of contrastive analysis of two dictionaries. The article is divided into five chapters. The first chapter is the introduction, mainly introduced the research purpose, research significance, research methods and research status at home and abroad, the thesis has explained. The second chapter, the third chapter and the fourth chapter is macro structure, micro structure of meso structure comparative statistics of Longman Dictionary of Contempory English and Commercial Press Learner’s Dictonary, description and analysis and comparison are proposed according to the. The fifth chapter is the conclusion, mainly elaborated according to the comparative analysis of the two dictionary meta-language commonness and individuality, analyzes the relationship between the macro structure,meso structure, micro structure of meta-language, and build the export-oriented Chinese learning meta-language system structure frame of dictionary, and at the same time, based on the above analysis, the export-oriented Chinese learning dictionary and puts forward some principles and suggestions.By comparing the two dictionary analysis, summarizes the commonness and individuality of Longman Dictionary of Contempory English and Commercial Press Learner’s Dictonary of the meta-language, and construct the export-oriented meta-language system structure of Chinese learning dictionary. At the same time, according to the results of the export-oriented Chinese learning dictionaries, relationship between the macro structure and micro structure of meso structure. We believe that the simple segmentation part of macro structure, macro structure and micro structure is not the meta-language of Dictionary, but the relationship between interconnected system. Between the three kinds of structure should be related to each other, cooperate closely, the framework of meta-language system to form a unified, compact structure, mutual care, mutual supplement.
