Under the background of economic globalization, countries are all activelyparticipating in the world division of labor. In1997, China began to vigorouslypromote "going out" strategy, in2008by the U.S. subprime mortgage crisis triggeredfor the financial crisis, the worldwide enterprise asset prices fall, companies generallyfall into financial difficulties,at this time,with the huge foreign exchange reservesand the expected appreciation of the RMB appreciation and coexistence for centuriesprovided opportunities for Chinese enterprises to enter cross-border investment,China’s overseas investment is increasing.With the time goes, our country has been focusing on the development ofSino-African relations, in mid-112013Africa Cooperation Forum Beijing Summit ofChina-Africa friendly relations makes to achieve more orgasms, cross-bordercooperation between China and Africa is also rising. Today, China’s domesticresources and environmental costs high, the broad labor wages and increasedoperating costs doubled between domestic enterprises, the competition betweendomestic enterprises and foreign-funded enterprises has reached white-hot state. Dueto the unique resources and manpower in Africa makes our various companies beganto operate in a variety of ways to steering African market. However, in the optimalallocation of resources in Africa to enjoy the market competitive advantage, whilecultural conflict because of race, religious beliefs, value systems, political systems,ways of thinking, management concepts and systems of different form and otherexotic culture shock to the Chinese enterprises, which adds a lot of resistance,different cultures meet, the inevitable collision, cultural conflict is inevitable.Why our country need go out? Why Africa? Cultural conflict between China andAfrica is here, and why? Reasons for the formation are what? Cultural conflict can notbe ignored, and why? Cooperation between China and Africa and what impact it exist?Cultural conflict can be resolved? What are the solutions? Expand this article toexplore these questions; this is the development context of this article. Reasons for theformation of cultural conflict is the primary question of this article, on this basis, Analysis the impact of cultural conflict between Chinese enterprises and Africans’,which produced mainly from,1, location selection and enters the investment patternsof influence,2, investment impact of business negotiations, including multi-impactand negotiating style negotiation process3, multinational enterprise business processimpacts, including impacts on human resource management and its impact onmarketing; additionally involve other companies in different contexts cultural conflict.Finally, how to solve and avoid cultural conflicts will be the top priority of this article,this article through the use of case analysis, combined with charts and data, it willcome out three solutions for the culture conflict between China and Africa,1,localization,2, recognition3, contribution. The ultimate goal of this article is to helpChina’s "going out" strategy to achieve timely and effective and can go on the state ofsustainable development.
