Lu Jingshi’s Politics Of Labor In The Field Of Workers,Gang And Politics

Lu Jingshi was born in the time of the qing dynasty collapsing, the revolutionary rising, foreign invasion in severe. Social unrest, frequent political change, depressed economy, cultural crisis set up the chaos scene in China. Though Lu Jingshi,was not the most prominent figures in Chinese modern history, he was one of the most important figures in the history of the labor movement, and when it comes to workers fields, the gang and the political area relations we have to mention him. His life activities are mainly concentrated in the workers fields, gang and political area, though one of these three areas of activity was focused on the time, they were intertwined and influenced each other. His historical significance not only lies in his activities in various fields, more important is that he is the bridge and the link.in three important territory. By studying the important activities and thoughts of his life, we can have a comprehensive and objective understanding of his life story, and know the background of that times.This dissertation is divided into four chapter:The first chapter is on "Lu Jingshi’s early life and personality traits". Through his family background, the living in Shanghai and the others on his evaluation and analysis in his memorial describes we draw the combined outline of the traditional literati and modern intellectuals of Lu Jingshi as well as his moderation of temperament, heart of benevolence and righteousness,leader temperament personality.The second chapter is on "Lu Jingshi with Shanghai postal workers’ movement".Under the background of the era of national revolution, Lu Jingshi produced revolutionary consciousness. He leaded Shanghai postal workers’ movement, Which had a impact on the battle of the kuomintang with the communist party in the worker’s movement, we summarize the formation of Lu Jingshi’s labor ideas and how it affected his political tendency and destiny. And then we sum up his activities in the workers fields is the starting point and solid foundation of his politics engaged in labor.The third chapter is on "Lu Jingshi with Shanghai bang". We mainly analyze the interaction between Lu Jingshi and Shanghai gang, the reason of his joining in Shanghai gang and the change of relations between Lu Jingshi and Du Yuesheng, which lead us to talk about Lu Jingshi’s strategy of leading the labor movement, and realize the characteristics of labor movement dominated by the Kuomintang and how the relationship between he and Shanghai gang,helped him expand his social relation network and affected his political future. This is a turning point in his life and a political speculation that he joined Shanghai gang.The four chapter is on "Lu Jingshi with kuomintang’s Anti-Japanese war and construction of national". During the Anti-Japanese War, Lu Jinghi conducted a series of Anti-Japanese activities. We tried to explore the significance of his domination of people’s organization and training and abstract the significance of his historical activities. Lu Jingshi’s joining in politics provides a series of objective conditions, such as political power,system, law and so on..Finally, Through summarizing Lu Jingshi’s life activities and thoughts, we give him a more objective historical position and sum up the experience of the kuomintang workers’ movement.From these, we can get a objective understanding of the meaning of public organization and training dominated by kuomintang.
