After 1950 years in 1952 to suppress counterrevolution, strike and repression of the history of a batch of public counter-revolutionaries, but there is some dissatisfaction with communist party and the people’s government of the people, is still in the state organs, enterprises, schools, mass organizations and other organizations. From 1955 to 1957, the central committee of the communist party of China and Mao Zedong, has launched a nationwide scale from hidden counter-revolutionaries mass political movement, called "revolutionaries movement". Such a largescale, long political movement, really cleared a lot of hidden counterrevolutionaries, but there have also been some piece of false misjudged cases. The movement is not only to give as a national economic and cultural center and sports "the disaster zone," the Shanghai people’s life and work to bring huge impact, but also in a great extent affects the revolutionaries movement development process in the country. Academia so far has little research in this movement, the use of the original file, restore the historical process of the revolutionaries movement in Shanghai, summing up experience and lessons, and undoubtedly has important research value and practical significance.
