German philosopher Professor Ulrich Beck from university of Munich was firstproposed the concept of “risk society” in his book. He solemnly warned in the book:we have entered a "risk society".China has made remarkable achievements in theeconomy in recent years, but in the back of booming economic development, theenvironment has been severely damaged in a painful price, environmental issues intoday’s China is a hot topic, so the study of environmental risk perception isparticularly important.Previous studies concluded: different risk information delivery channels and thetypes of environmental risk information influence environmental risk perception.Thestudy design the experiment1on the basis of the results of previous studies ofenvironmental risk perception, the purpose of the experiment1is to study the typesof environmental risk information and time influence environmental risk perception.Experiment1reached the following conclusions:(1) There are three different types ofenvironmental risk information(the disease disaster, the living environment and theecological environment),the arrangement of people’s environmental riskperception.(2)The gender had no effect on environmental risk perception.(3)People’senvironmental risk perception on1year is bigger than on10years. I do not think theemotion in experiment1.Previous studies show that emotion plays an important role in risk perception. There are two parallel and interacting modes of information processing, the first to bedescribed as " rational", whereas the second was described as " driven by theemotions and experiences related." Priming theory also indicates that evoke differentemotions affect people’s perception. Experiment2uses images evoke differentemotions based on these conclusions, study the types of environmental risk information and time influence environmental risk perception under different emotion.Experiment2shows the following conclusions:(1)Emotional factors onenvironmental risk perception at the time described as affecting only1year.(2)Thevariable is a positive emotion, the emotional factors do not affect the environmentalrisk perception.(3)Only when the mood variable is negative, emotional factors havea significant impact on environmental risk perception.(4)There are three differenttypes of environmental risk information(the disease disaster, the living environmentand the ecological environment),the arrangement of people’s environmental riskperception. It is the same as experiment1.In this study, two experiments using the same experimental paradigm, althoughsome overlap in the content of the experiment, the results of the two experiments toverify each other to improve the environmental risk information in three types of riskawareness sort of credibility. However, due to the limitation of experimental materialsand experimental design, the external validity of the study is low. In the future, theremay be insufficient for the above improvement, to make experimental results morefully, higher reliability and validity.
