Guo Xinmin (1957-) was born in Shenchi of Shanxi, since thecreation of poetry in the70’s of last century, he has published " theflower posture""a tree, stand tall"and so on. He has won the first"Ai Qing Poetry Prize" and "the Zhao Shuli prize for literature"poetry prize. The poetry of Guo Xinmin is plain, close to reality,especially strong on age, society, people and show concern andreflection, which makes his poems with a worried face, surgingwith a thick and calm spirit. In addition, these are reflected as apoet with a sense of social responsibility and sense of mission, GuoXinmin has become an independent school of poetry in Shanxi.In this paper, the first chapter mainly discusses the poetry ofGuo Xinmin road, and found him as a poet unique talents.Thesecond chapter has been in-depth interpretation of the GuoXinmin’s poetic experience of the world and found,with the imagesof "eyes","night" as the core, to grasp the mutual germinal closerelationship between "eyes","night" and its poetry, and explore towhat he has a strong sense of social responsibility and mission.Thethird chapter mainly discusses Guo Xinmin lyric characteristics ofpoetry. This paper attempts to fill the blank in the research of whole Guo Xinmin poetry, and try to walk into Guo Xinmin poetry world,analyze the unique charm of its creation.
