Scene as a given part of the space, more and more attention has been paid on the research of it, but factors affect the scene perceptions concentrate on the background of the scene and attributive character in the early time. For instance the consistency of semantic background, significant of the target etc, but for the person as the scene subject, the focus and influences are lesser. Spatial ability of the individual at the scene in the process of the scene perception is a indispensible part. But the impact of the gender about the factors of perception strategies holds the controversies, some of the researchers considered the practical differences of gender and thought mans do better job when the others think women perform better than man or they are equal with each other. Hence the aim of the study, for one thing detecting the differences between the gender of vision searching at the scene, for another, discussing the cause of gender difference. This study adopts the change of detections of the normal form of the eye movement, and choose the experimental material of artificial scene combined with real nature scene pictures. Formerly the researches of eye movement use more about normal form of object search through giving the examinee a picture, but in this study, we bring in the pictures of memory and detection which can catch the eye movement index of vision search of examinee in detecting pictures. The results of the search turn out that:(1) Under the artificial scenes that the color and position changed remarkably, reactions by female under the changer in color obviously longer than the change of the position, while there aren’t any remarkable change among males.(2) Under the conditions of real natural scene, different attributive changes of color and position showed significant impact on female reaction, in addition the longer use of time in detecting the changes of position than changes of color. For male, there aren’t any obvious impact on it.(3) Male performed slowly in detecting the change of color and position when compared with females. Under the condition of the change of color, DE angular distance of female clearly larger than the condition of the change of position. Male haven’t showed any visibly differences on both attributes. Gender factors impact the detections of change about color and position.
