Nowadays in a globalized world, the internationalization of business is a day-by-day issue; in China more Western businesspersons are interacting with their Chinese counterparts, making the effective cross-cultural management and communication to remain a challenge due to cross-cultural effectiveness and leverage cultural diversity could be translate into a competitive advantage to pursue a sustainable development, because of their importance on their impact on planning, organizing, staffing, leading and controlling skills of company.It is certain that how individuals" understand the communication process, the way they behave with others and expect to be treated, vary according to national cultures. Therefore world wide Managers must have the ability to communicate and effectively interact with people across cultures, as well as to possess critical awareness and knowledge to adapt and developed a wide Cultural Competence in order to work, compete and lead in a multicultural environment.This study attempts to acknowledge are the cultural differences and similarities in Manager’s attitude and behavior towards communication based on their cultural background and the influence in the Organizational Culture. Illustrates how understanding cultural impact and differences can be applied specifically toward more effective cross-cultural management and communication improvement. Through in-depth analysis of existing theories as well as the point of view of some Mexican and Chinese employees that currently work in a Chinese or Mexican environment.The aim is to recognize the must important implications caused by cultural differences, how to prevent communication barriers as well as miscommunication, and how can we create a more effective mechanism to improve cross-cultural management and communication, in order to help the today’s leaders to strength their organization, technology, capital,and ideology attributes in order to boost organizational globalization process.It is important to keep in mind that whether communication is been address for casual or business matter, the understanding and sensitivity to intercultural elements are the key to success.
