This paper is a report on the translation of Reclaiming for Public Provisioning by CBGA (Center for Budget and Governance Accountability), of which Chapter1and Chapter2are the source text. The source text discusses the issues of education and health in the12th five-year plan and the previous five-year plans, finding out some problems and posing some questions, also giving some methods to solve the problems about the issues on the provisioning. This report’s main contents are divided into these parts:Part One is the introduction, including project background, objectives and significance. Part Two is the background of the source text, including the background of the author, evaluating the source text and the source text’s main contents. Part Three discusses translation difficulties and methods, and what we should follow in a translation and this part also presents some examples. Part Four, which is the end of the paper, summarizes the experiences and the lessons, and some unsolved problems that we need to pay attention to. |
