A Study On Wang Chang’s Theory Of Ci

This article takes Chun Rong Tang Anthology,Xi Yan Recluse Cihua,Ming Cizong.Guochao Cizong and other books as research materials,takes Wang Chang’s thoughts and theory(include theory of Ci and theory of Poem) as the core.This article study the whole theory of Ci of Wang Chang specially and investigate the relationship between each part.The main body of this article includes4parts,they are background research,theory research,Ci research,Cizong research.In the first part of background research,I first comb Wang Chang’s life and works with the spirit of knowing the person and the time.Then through examing the friendship of Wang Chang.I find some Ci writer that have close relationship and deep effect with Wang Chang,then I collect all writing beween them,provide a base for further research.In the second part of theory research,I study all essays of Wang Chang,trying to investigate Wang Chang’s theory of Ci combined with theory of poetry.Then I find Wang Chang’s theory of honoring of Ci,honoring Ci of Southern Song Dynasty,paying attention to moral quality,scholarship,environment effect,innovation,opposing to blindly imitation.And I get the conclusion of there is obvious administrative property of Wang Chang’s theory of Ci with analyzing Wang Chang’s time,teachers,social status and relationship with the emperor,In the third part of Ci research,I grasp Wang Chang’s Ci with his thoughts.and find his works filled with thought of going home, hermitage,paying attention to women then I analyze them.Specially,I analyze the works that is written in southwest China,then I find Wang Chang is good at seeking joy amidst sorrow. At the beginning of this part,I try to research Wang Chang’s Ci with statistical analysis,then I find some consistency and non-consistency between his Ci and theory.I also compare his works with Jiang Kui’s who is the idol of Zhexi Ci School,finding Wang Chang’s preference of Jiang Kui’s own Ci tunes. At the last of this part,there is the comment of Wang Chang’s Ci.In the fourth part of Cizong research,I analyze the book from the perspective of selection criteria that is not discussed in detail by previous researcher.In this part,I first do the whole research with prefaces of Cizong,and do the individual studies by analyzing Ci writer whose works are selected mostly.I also find some non-consistency between Cizong and his Ci.
