In today’s society in constant development,whether it is urban economicdevelopment,urban cultural development,all embody the common developmentproblems of a city,that is, the image of the city.So the image of the city for thedevelopment of city become more and more important,while the outdoor advertising asan important part of urban vision system,like a city’s business card can be a directreflection of a city’s economic prosperity and opening to the outside world level.Outdoor advertising is a lot of problems in the contemporary city, city buildingattached to the main body of the outdoor advertising tricks of the random chaoticsetting explicit its streets, no beauty at all. Of Jinan as an example, this paper analyzesthe problem of outdoor advertising in the city and proposed planning strategy, andhope that this study as an opportunity to draw from a set of outdoor advertising in thedesign and application of operational outdoor advertising is rooted in urban culture,better city services, to show the characteristics of contemporary urban and artisticcharm. Inject new vitality into the development of science and technology for theoutdoor advertising, and more to expand the influence of outdoor advertising, thepapers in the last chapter on the future development of outdoor advertising planningand trend analysis, found that outdoor advertising has a strong potential, I believe thatin the near future outdoor advertising will play a leading role in the market.With the accelerating process of the deepening of reform and opening up,thecity,the audience in the outdoor time is getting longer and longer,and the importance ofoutdoor advertising is self-evident by this article the outdoor advertising itself as wellas the performance of the modus operandi of theoretical analysis and Research,andcombined with the current situation,analyze the impact of urban development and theimpact on the image of the city,and then put forward some views and opinions,want tobe able to guide the outdoor advertising play a positive role in the construction of theimage of the city.
