Human Being’s Production Theory And Civilization Of Quality Of Marxis

In the section of "Strengthening Social Development by Improving the People’s Wellbeing and Making Innovations in Management" which is part of the report to the Eighteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China, it puts forward that "We must adhere to the basic state policy of family planning, improve the health of newborns, steadily improve the population policy and promote long-term and balanced population growth" so as to "pursue at a faster pace the strategy of training competent personnel as a priority to build a large contingent of such personnel, and turn China from a country with large human resources into one with a large pool of competent professionals". In the era of knowledge-driven economy which takes human resource as the main wealth, population quality and human’s civilization of quality play an increasingly significant role. As a ruling party who holds Marxism theory as guiding ideology, it must be able to make an interpretation of Marxism theory when faced with any vital strategic decision. It is the responsibility of every research workers of Marxism theory to give theoretical interpretation of Marxism to population quality or human’s civilization of quality. In the study and research, the author finds that the "human being’s production theory" of Marxism is not only a crucial form of production of the "the theory of two productions" or "comprehensive production theory", but also an important theoretical foundation for population quality or human beings’ civilization of quality. Due to the positive results of human’s production and reproduction, it contains a profound meaning that human can enhance their quality and ability. The current construction and upgrading of human’s civilization of quality need the guidance of Marxism theory; moreover, the contemporary significance of Marxism theory also needs to be expounded and propagated in contemporary subject. In terms of elaborating and introducing the background and significance of the topic as well as research methods, this paper can be divided into the following four parts:The first part,"The Historical Dispute of the Civilization of Quality and Human Being’s Production Theory". It carries out a basic presentation and discrimination of the connotation and concept of human quality and the civilization of the quality, as well as the historical controversy of human being’s production theory of Marxism for the sake of paving a theoretical way for later discussion.The second part,"Marx and Engels’ Exploration Process on Human Being’s Production Theory". Based on three representative classics of The German Ideology, The Capital Theory, and The Origin of Family, Private Ownership and the Nation, it conducts an interpretation of the formation, development and improvement Marx and Engels’ human being’s production theory from the perspectives of philosophy, economics, and anthropology.The third part,"The Study of the Role of Human Being’s Production in Social Development." In order to clarify the role of human being’s production in social development, it elucidates the driving force of human being’s production in social development, human beings’ production and "comprehensive production" as well as the interactions of other production patterns from longitudinal and transverse dimensions.The fourth part,"The Contemporary Inspiration of Human Beings’ Production to the Civilization of Quality". In this paper, it is held that the essence of human beings’ produced is to enhance human’s civilization of quality which is the essential requirement of socialist construction and development. By probing into internal relations between civilization of quality and "people-oriented" scientific outlook on development,"competency-based" market economy as well as socialist with "culture prosperity", it is aimed to improve the national overall quality.
