After the Sino-Japanese War, Wang Kangnian joined the reform and organized or participated in a number of activities of society organizations and political groups. As an important pro-Japanese representative, his association activities naturally kept close contact with Japan. At the same time, authoritarian rule rigorously enforced the ban on political parties, it was necessary to cite with Japanese power as foreign aid for security and organization, business needs. So, the Japanese organization and people had special status and influence on Wang Kangnian’s association activities, and this paper will discuss this content.After the Sino-Japanese War, the wave of organizing association rose in China, and Wang Kangnian led it. On the other hand, after the Meiji Restoration, the Japanese "Rejuvenating Asia" thoughts and groups taking China as the main business object were very active and pretended deceptive in public with the fierce tide to combine. Thus, Wang Kangnian often questioned the Japanese "Rejuvenating Asia" groups when jointing with them.Establishing society organizations was the main content of Wang Kangnian’s association activities. Some Japanese provided human resource and technical support in organization and operation. In contrast, some other Japanese aggravated the running difficulties of some society organizations, resulting in a very negative role.After the German occupation of Jiao Zhou, Wang Kangnian organized and participated in numerous political associations to save the nation from crisis. The Japanese people and groups are also involved with a certain role in construction, but also exacerbated the internal contradictions of these groups directly or indirectly. The joint of Japanese forces also raised the suspicion of Western countries, and the Chinese local power kept a high degree of vigilance. Under the internal strife and external force, most of the activities of these political groups failed.
