Panwang Chorus is one of the most important ancient books of Yao nationality. Itcarries excellent tradition of Yao people’s social history and culture and reflects Yao’sunique artistic style and aesthetc taste. Being handed down from age to age by verbalsinging way, it keeps Yao’s charming national culture, and is one of the comprehensiveexpression of Yao’s traditional culture. Based on the "Manuscript" as the breakthroughpoint, adding the relevant data of field investigation, and using the method ofcombining text and practice, the paper deeply analizes the content, version andinheritance of Panwang Chorus manuscript in the perspective of cultural tradition.Thepaper aims to explore the intrinsic link between Yao’s unique ethnic culture and otherdifferent cultures, thus promote the exploration and protection of Yao’s intangiblecultural heritage.The paper is composed of three major parts. This part is on the research background.The second part contains chapter two, three, four and five, which is the main bodyof the paper. In chapter two, three and four, according to the specific content ofPanwang Chorus manuscript, the paper analizes the deep connotation embodied in theYao traditional culture from three gradually progressive and complementaryperspectives,which are cultural factors, cultural exchange and cultural value.Andcultural factors can be divided into cultural hero, cultural events and cultural spirit.Cultural exchange analizes the relations between Yao culture and Chinese culture, Yueculture and Hakka culture.
