A Practice Report On The Interpretation Of Weekly Address By Barack Obama

The interpretation practice report is based on my simultaneous interpretation of theWeekly Address by Barack Obama. The whole task is composed of introduction, research andsummary about the procedure and completion.This report consists of five major parts, task description, procedure description,preparation, case analysis as well as the conclusion. Task description and proceduredescription give an explanation to the task. Preparation includes three parts: backgroundmaterials, the analysis of text features of the speech and other preparations. In the part of thecase analysis, also the essence of this report, the author analyzes certain sentences pointingout some difficulties and problems from the interpretating and also illustrate ways toovercome them. In the last part, the author generalizes a summary on the whole process of theinterpretation, and lists some feelings through this task.
