Study On The Problems And Countermeasures Of The Development Of Cultural Industry In Shanxi Province

The18th National Congress of CPC clearly pointed out that We must develop thecultural industry greatly, and ensure that cultural industry become a pillar industry ofnational economy. Today Cultural industry has become the main aspect of China and othercountry’culture competition in comprehensive national strength. The people of Shanxiprovince should accelerate the development of cultural industry in order to contribute tothe competitiveness of Shanxi province.Rich historical and cultural resources and manyachievements that we have got in Shanxi province, providing conditions for thedevelopment of cultural industry.However, the development of culture industry in Shanxiprovince is still in its infancy, there are still some problems.This paper aims to summarizing the countermeasures for the development of culturalindustry in Shanxi province,on the basis of analysis of the problems existing in the culturalindustry and the cause of the problem in Shanxi province. Specifically, this paper will bedivided into four parts:the first part is the introduction. This part briefly described thebackground of the topic selection of the paper, research significance of the paper, researchstatus at home and abroad, the main research content and research methods.The secondpart defines the concept of cultural industry and other related concept,analyze the factorsthat influencing cultural industry in Shanxi province and significance of the developmentof cultural industry in Shanxi province.The third part analyses the fact and the advantageof the development of cultural industry in Shanxi province，and analyzes the mainproblems existing in the production scale, structure, innovation, brand and other aspects ofcultural industry in Shanxi, province，and then discusses the cause of these problem.Thefourth part is the experiences of the development of cultural industry at home and abroad,and finally provides countermeasures for the development of cultural industry in Shanxiprovince in the aspects of the government, industry and enterprises.I hopes that the paper will provide some references for the rapid and healthydevelopment of cultural industry in Shanxi province on the basis of analyzing the existingproblems and raising some corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
