This thesis applied Lu Jianyi’s theory of biased error analysis as theinstructional method and took the measures of collection, statistics and data analysis,classification, description, comparison and interpretation. Aiming at the kinds ofphenomena of grammatical components ellipsis that appeared among the aboardstudents in the process of their speaking and writing trainings, this thesis made aseries of analyses and researches by analyzing the records of the abroad students’ oraltrainings in primary stage and96pieces of daily writings. The research indicated thatthere were a lot of biased errors of ellipsis in the spoken language and writings of theaboard students of primary stage, especially the ellipsis of subject, verb and object,and then found the regularity and generality of generating biased errors of ellipsis,such as the biased error of verb ellipsis, which is occurred in most Moldovian students.By analyzing the aboard students, teachers and teaching materials, summarizing thereasons why the biased errors of ellipsis emerged, and putting forward somecorresponding teaching strategies, we hope this research will be benefited for TCFL.
