Teaching Chinese as a foreign language in the classroom that media is the corecontent of our teaching. How to teach the Chinese and Chinese teaching has becomea top priority in Chinese as a foreign language classroom. Today, we can see thehistory of second language teaching in the target language as the medium of teachinghas been a mainstream, and many teaching methods to strictly control the use of themedium language.The papers draw on the results of previous studies, teachers of ChineseXinjiang Normal University, College of International Exchange and Central Asianstudents, questionnaires, interviews and classroom observation. The total of181students and15foreign language teachers received questionnaires and interviews.Through the collation and analysis of questionnaires and classroom observation, wefound that the Chinese as a foreign language in the classroom is of inevitable medialanguage, it is also the problem may not be avoided. And concluded to tease out theeffect and the principle the classroom medium of use, and put forward the proposal.The actual usage of the Central Asian students medium of research, and thequantitative and qualitative analysis of the data. We have come to this conclusion:Chinese to explain the Chinese as a foreign language classroom, be appropriate touse certain media language to explain here the case of a lot of media language is themother tongue of the students. The right amount of the reasonable use of the mediumof teaching, classroom teaching can improve the efficiency and reduce the cost oflearning. Using the medium of the process of Chinese as a foreign language teaching,can follow the following principles:1. According to the teaching object, respect theneeds and wishes of the students.2. To grasp the opportunity to good use medialanguage.3To master the medium of degrees.4. To grasp the difference of the twolanguages of the media language and target language.5To adjust the use medialanguage method in anytime.
