With the development and transformation of the economy in our country, thereis a great demand on highly specialized personnel and highly qualified workforce andthe vocational technical teachers colleges are supposed to shoulder this responsibility.Chinese class is an important cultural foundation courses for all professionalsecondary vocational education, with humanity, instrumental, applied anddevelopmental characteristics. Chinese basic course of study to improve the students’ideological and moral quality, aesthetic quality and humanistic quality, cultivation ofsecondary vocational students’ sound and healthy personality are important role.However, most of the secondary vocational education failed to live up to this mission.The major reason lies in the relatively low quality of the in-service teachers.Vocational education, which is different from general education, has a higher ademand on the teachers’ ability of training students. However, the reform ofvocational technical teachers colleges has diverged from their major task and becomemore and more similar to the general normal education. The vocational technicalteachers colleges are confronted with an awkward situation of not being able tosurpass the general normal schools and not having their own characteristics.According to the diversified employment channels of student and theeducational aim of the universities, the author believe that the Normal College ofProfession and Technology neither gives up its own characteristics, nor only achievesthe single goal to cultivate the teacher for qualified education. It should take theclassified cultivation to train specialized personnel in Chinese education, in Chinesestudy and management. In order to cultivate the qualified Chinese teacher, it’s necessary to reconstruct the curriculum system with the selective and practicalcharacteristic on Chinese language and literature.The study analyses the current situation of the Normal College of Professionand Technology and the secondary vocational education by relating the quality of theChinese teachers, the professional ability of the students and the prospect of thevocational schools. This study constructs the curriculum system. in order to instructthe reformation of the Normal College of Profession and Technology and cultivate thequalified teacher.
