There were many minority nationalities living in the Heilongjiang River basinsince long ago. In the Qing Dynasty, it was divided into three parts: the upper reaches ofHeilongjiang, the downstream region and Sakhalin. The upper reaches of Heilongjiangis inhabited mainly by Sauron people; the middle and lower reaches of Heilongjiang isinhabited mainly by Hertz people, Fee Yaka people and Ulch people; the SakhalinIsland is inhabited mainly by Sakhalin Fee Yaka people etc.. These people had a strongloyal sense of national belonging, and that was what made the Qing Dynasty and thenortheast frontier steady. And it also provides valuable experience for our coordinationand the development of frontier minority today. So the study on Heilongjiang basinminority national identity is of great theoretical and practical significance.The people who tribute mink to the Qing Dynasty of the Heilongjiang River Basin,their methods of management, and their national identity were the research object of thispaper. The first part mainly introduces the minority of Heilongjiang River Basin in theQing Dynasty. The second part is to introduce the management of Qing dynasty tocontrol the people of Heilongjiang basin and the Sakhalin region. The third part is aboutthe activities of national identity of the people from Heilongjiang basin. Through theresearch on the above parts this paper finally summed up the region identity of theminorities to the Qing dynasty.
