Ning Ying was born in1956. She possesses independent creative spirit and started to be independent filmmaker since1990. She insisted on the depth of documentary creation concept, and the style is not static, her attitude is experimental exporting. From early objective record of style with "trilogy in Beijing", to the endless moving signs of "Perpetual Motion", to the black humor in "A surface B surface", we see all her passion in the film creation and real express towards her firm.Out the theme, based on the deep exploration with transformation on urban space and social problems, people’s living condition has been the object of attention and performance.
