For measure word research scholars have their own views, the existing research results including noun-measure word and verb-measure are academic consensus."numeral+adjective+noun-measure" structure is our research subject. This type of structure exist similarities and differences with numeral-measure structure, and it’s different from the structure are made by the the other kinds of measure, it has its characteristics, when the central word disappear, the structure acts as an object or complement independently. In Chinese, some of words don’t belong the structure we study, we will exclude them. Some phrase has the similar function with "numeral+adjective+noun-measure" structure, and sometime they can be replace each other; sometimes there is a "的" can follow the structure when "numeral+adjective+noun-measure" act as attribute but sometimes cannot, and this kind of structure usually overlap in Chinese. In this paper, in addition to describe the phenomenon by illustration and description, we also try to explain the phenomenon the reason why the transformation can be established from the aspects of semantic relativity of the adjectives,noun-measure and noun. We also will explain the appearance of "的" depend on the classification of noun-measure and the semantic relativity of the structure’s ingredient. We investigate the structure’s usage among foreign students, we also investigate the structure in two books that published in Beijing Language Unibersity’s publishing house, and depend on that we try to analyze the evaluation of the structure in the position in teaching Chinese as a foreign language.
