A Translation Project Report By The Project Manager On The Completion Report Of The Poverty Alleviation&Environment Improvement Project In The Arid Area Of Middle Ningxia

Translation project management applies modern management philosophy and service technology to translation industry. Translation project manager, as the core of the management, determines the quality of the whole project. The manager must fulfill the goal of translation results and optimize human resources, translation resources and translation tools by scientifically arranging the project process, effectively monitoring and managing the project implementation within the limited conditions.This is a translation project report by the project manager of The Completion Report of the Poverty Alleviation&Environment Improvement Project in the Arid Area of Middle Ningxia. From the perspective of the project manager, this report covers five aspects in terms of project background, project plan, evaluation of the project, evaluation of the teamwork, and costumer-satisfaction survey. Based on what the project manager observed during the project, this report also makes suggestions to improve the translation project. In the hope of providing experience for the implementation of the translation project, this report also hopes to bring some inspiration to efficient management as well as improvement of the training for the project management and professional translators.
