Taking Ancient Novel Integrated as a target, this paper focuses onthe study of novelists of Ming Dynasty when their novels wereexperiencing a period of prosperity. An effort to make to form an overallcognition for the novel writing groups, through time, area, cultivation,occupation, family background, religious belief, outing and writingmotivation and process.First section is a brief introduction to the object, purpose andperspective of the study.Second section is the main body of the thesis, a comprehensiveanalysis to novelists of Ming Dynasty. The real name, alias, and thenovels written in another person’s name are ranged, through whichresearch object is chosen. Analyzed of the geographical distribution of thenovelists and family circumstances, we learn that most of them were borninto officials aristocratic families and literary families of Jiangnan(regions south of the Yangtze River), and good educated, but their famesend scholar. The research on their creative motivations and processesshows that their interest of writing had nothing to do with interests, butdriven by the "quasi-scholars” share of social and moral responsibilityand “Theorized”, flaunt of their talent. Therefore, their works are still theexplicit product of the inner spirit.In the end, after the analysis of the novelists, the paper shows the lifeexperience of the novelist while also reflects the Ming Dynasty Jiangnangrass-roots social freedom of opinion and cultural space which is betterthan other ages. The clamping force for cultural creation anddissemination of government began to decline, and as a result of that,plebeian literature rose and had an increasing wide range influence.
