Zhu Zunquan is a famous expert in tobacco on science and technology in the contemporary; he got a professor-level of senior engineer. He was elected to the Chinese Academy of Engineering in1997. From his touching of the professional of tobacco, he forged a bond with tobacco forever. He dedicated all his life to the science and technology in China’s tobacco. And he had made great contributions to the development of science and technology for China’s tobacco. He was good at using a combination of methods of scientific experiments and practical experience. At the same time, he was promoted learning to the developed countries of advanced technology.He attaches great importance to the role of agriculture and industry of science and technology in tobacco, and it is actively promoting the development of science and technology in tobacco. The thought of technology that formed in his work has a very positive significance for the development of China’s tobacco industry, and it has a learning value for all works of life in China.But, the academic has insufficient attention for these tobacco science and technology workers like Zhu Zunquan. There are many voice in questioned for their work in the society. It requires a thorough understanding of their work to give a fair evaluation to them.With the globalization progress, the tobacco industry becomes even more intense increasingly in competition. The tobacco technology development has directly affected the strength of a national tobacco industry. To balance the pros and cons of the tobacco industry, it needs to have a correct guidance direction for tobacco science and technology research.
