This essay basilic a close examination of "Shufu" Porcelain with Shufu inscription in JINGDEZHEN (or Town of JINGDE), Yuan Dynasty. Content of this essay covers the discovery and research review of this type porcelain, its user, usage, pattern designs, manufactured date and institution, etc.Essay can be mainly divided into eight sections.First section is a research review of "Shufu Porcelain with "Shufu" stamp. It comprehensively covers the precedent researches since1949to2012. This section can also be broken down into three parts: the naming of twined floral patterns, versions of design patterns and the relative period of the patterns. Summarizes the design patterns found on discovered "Shufu" Porcelain. Also, base on the previous sections, initially analyze the relative period of the design patterns.Fourth part is on such "Shufu" Porcelains’production date and time. Base on several precedent studies, employing theories and methods used in archaeology in fine arts, reexamined the dates and time of this porcelain.Fifth section is on the user of this type of "Shufu" Porcelain. This section combines a closer examination on the characteristics of historical sites which are mentioned previously in section one, along with other documents, makes detailed argument towards the meaning and symbolism of inscription.Sixth section is on the usage of this type of "Shufu" Porcelain. Heavily focuses on the rearrangement and re-categorization of documents and datos, providing textual research of scared ware’s usage law system the temple named "WU CHENG WANG" in west of "SHU MI YUAN ". This section makes a bold argument on the usage of such "Shufu" Porcelain with inscription through comparative interpretation as well as reduction ad absurd-um.Seventh section is on the institutions that manufactures "Shufu" white glaze Porcelain. Through the analysis on "Shufu" Porcelains’historical sites characteristics, and the discovery of the change in users of "Shufu" porcelain, deeply discuss its institution and its making process.Eighth section is on the influences of these "Shufu" white glaze porcelain on the porcelain industry in JINGDEZHEN (or Town of JINGDEZHEN). Mainly based on the analysis in the previous sections, yet examine the making process a step further in this section.
