The Research Of The Late Qing Dynasty And The Early Republic Of China Police In Heilongjiang Province

The subject of this paper is the Research of the Late Qing Dynasty and the EarlyRepublic of China Police Issue in Heilongjiang Province,it researches the process of thepolice development in the modern Heilongjiang Province.The so-called “police”,itcontains the legislative activities and the enforcement activities related police of thestate administrative agency.The creation of the Heilongjiang Province police begins in1904,afterwards,the traditional law and order exits the stage of historygradually,achieves the police modernization gradually,and it has far-reaching impact onthe entire Heilongjiang Province.This paper includes four main parts.Part one is introduction,it mainly describes thesignificance and the value of the topic,the review of the research status at home andabroad,the origin of the topic and the research methods,the definitions of key conceptsincluding "police",time,space and the process of setting up Heilongjiang Province.Parttwo analyzes the beginning of the police modernization of Heilongjiang Province in thelate Qing Dynasty,it includes the setting up police wave of the whole country whenHeilongjiang Province sets up police in the new policy of the late Qing Dynasty,thesocial station of Heilongjiang Province in the late Qing Dynasty.Part three analyzes howto set up the police of Heilongjiang Province in the late Qing Dynasty and the earlyRepublic of China,in time for clues,it includes insitutions and functions,activities andeducations.Part four is briefly evaluating the police of Heilongjiang Province in the lateQing Dynasty and the early Republic of China,it includes the positive influence tonational economy and the people′s livelihood,also includes the negative influence to thesuppression of the democratic progressive.There is not much research about the topic of the Research of the Late QingDynasty and the Early Republic of China Police Issue in Heilongjiang Province inacademia.So the creation of the police in modern Heilongjiang Province is the entrypoint,through analyze the progress,author hopes to understand the more history ofmodern Heilongjiang Province,and have some significance to the police of HeilongjiangProvince nowadays.
