With the rapid development of China’s economic construction and the continuous improvement of the people’s the overall quality, more and more people’s attention from the material need to turn to the spiritual needs. Social construction to promote the national fitness cause concern in various fields the role of exercise is limited to the physiological or also have an impact on psychological? Based on this question launched the experimental study of the effect between acute exercise and cognitive control. Researchers have different strength acute exercise on cognitive control experimental results leads to the conclusion that acute exercise of moderate intensity the highest efficiency, and is most suitable strength. Therefore, this study focuses on the effect of acute moderate-intensity exercise on cognitive control ability of college students this study selected age18-2036professional boys of Inner Mongolia Normal University Sports Professional. Students were randomly assigned to two groups. Experimental group students to do the movement of the pedal cycling bicycle. The first3minutes of warm-up exercises, the end of the third minute, plus the load to continue pedaling5minutes. Record every minute heart rate and RPE result. Control subjects just sit and rest8minutes. Each student completed twice Simon task, the computer records the reaction time and accuracy rate.Finishing all the experimental data results the following conclusions:First, acute moderate-intensity exercise can promote cognitive control.Second, compared with the control group, the reaction of moderate-intensity exercise group is shorter in the Simon task.Third, In the stimulus-response consistent type conditions, the accuracy of the experimental group higher than the control group.Fourth, In the stimulus-response type of inconsistency conditions, the reaction time have no significant difference in the accuracy of the experimental group and the control group. Therefore, this study suggests that Simon task can measured cognitive control, the same effect as the Stroop task and Flanker task. Also found that the acute exercise of moderate-intensity group compared to the control group have a better improve effect on the cognitive control.
