Applied Research Of Chinese Traditional Graphic Symbols In Information Art Design

Ikko Tanaka in his book Awakening of Design explained that I have a hunch; we want to usher in the era of convergence of Oriental Culture, headed by West Asia, Eastern Europe, Africa and other non-mainstream culture into the twenty-first century. In order to developing of new technology, we are moving from an era of industrial economy to a diversified era dominated by information and knowledge, particular in other foreign countries, some researchers call the non-material society, digital society or information society. In addition, IT has been widely used in commercial, cultural, educational and other fields. With the development of information society, the trend of the integration of word strengthen, and the new era of information technology, new ideas, new concepts, and the ideological trend of various foreign arts flocked to our original values, ways of thinking, and the knowledge structure have been rapid change and faced new challenges. In the field of art, the time of information art and design are expanding the scope of design and changing the way of our designs which are create gradually extended out from the purely material. However, the Information Art&Design also has many problems.The information art&design is a new form of art and design in development of technology and discipline of art, which is different from traditional art and design, because it has a wealth of carrier, and it can highlight the latest results of a national and regional art and technology, the perfect combination and coordinated development of distinct economic and cultural characteristics, so I think the information of art and design should be widespread concerned in the rapid development of the twenty-first century. From now on, with the fast and rapid development of IT in the context of network information age, the world’s knowledge and understanding of Chinese culture to speed up the regionalization of the exchange. There is a survey found that a lot of foreigners in many countries and regions is still retained in the knowledge of ancient Chinese cultural identity and architectural symbols. Thus characteristics in the Internet age with modern technology and means to show the profound Chinese traditional culture and demonstrate the spirit of the times of today’s China; local cultural background, geographic resources, and create innovative new era element symbols and the presentation of an urgent need to become a new era of China’s mission. In my opinion, we should study the traditional Chinese element symbols in the information of Art and Design which is valuable to research.On the other hand, with the rapid dissemination of the information age and globalization, the western culture has also brought a tremendous and unprecedented impact on Chinese traditional culture, thus we faced the problem of relations between how to re-understanding of traditional elements and modern design. It is very worthy of our in-depth study and exploration that is from the value of Chinese traditional elements of the symbol in the current design point, and relation with the traditional elements of the symbol of the network information art performance and the artistic content and form of innovation, to discuss the Chinese traditional elements of symbols in information artistic design heritage application.The information of art and design need relation with the localization of design, so that would be a distinctive feature of the cultural field. Localization of the design in the context of the national culture, familiar with the value orientation of the local consumer or audience, based on unique artistically, mood and meaning through the study of Chinese painting, calligraphy, traditional graphic and ethnic culture element symbol sunder standing, showing our precious resources, to inherit and develop traditional Chinese national culture; analysis of a new concept in the design of modern information and new thinking into the new unfolded and applied, and again in the new era look at the traditional cultural values provide more thinking point of view; offers the possibility to increase the traditional shape of a new era and cultural elements, symbols, innovation and recycling, to seek more diverse with elements of traditional culture symbol combining the best fit point and the expression means and methods. The excellent local design has characteristics of the world to share and the times. Information Art and Design must be integrated into the local culture is possible to more sustainable development.In this essay, I will talk about the traditional Chinese element symbols applied research to explore the information of Art and Design, analysis of the application status of the existing traditional symbols of elements, from creative concept to application conditions, discuss the pros and cons of the rapid development of the information age information of Art and Design; explore local culture connotation, to identify the elements of traditional culture symbols in the new era and the world, advanced technology good collision point, as well as the benefits of the element symbols of traditional culture in the information field of art and design, problems encountered and solutions.
