Three kingdoms period is the era of violent unrest in the Chinese history, Wei, Shu and Wu launched fierce battles and competition. And the strategic point Jingzhou has been more important research subject in academic history. Jingzhou and its capital Xiangyang that attracted many stars, gathered a lot of celebrities and talents in the period of three kingdoms, such as a large number of politicians, military strategists and writers, those who we refers to as Jingxiang’s talents. The article probes into the subjects of Jingxiang’s talents and the reasons of how Jingxiang’s talents to appear, and the subjects of the Jingxiang’talents in the Shuhan kingdom’s regime and why they went to Shuhan regime.These talents of the Shu mostly born or temporarily settled in Jingxiang, were the core strength of the decision-making circle, and had an important position in the ruling group of Shu. Also it is on this talent strength, Liu bei group was able to consolidate Jingzhou regime, and then got Yizhou. Finally, it formed the situation that the Wei, Shu and Wu balanced each other for many years. Therefore, we can say that Jingxiang’s talents has the very vital significance to the regime of Shuhan regime.During The Three kingdoms period, most of talents in Hubei were from Xiangyang and Jiangling. Most of these talents belonged to LiuBei, some belonged to Caocao and a few of them served for Sunquan. These talented people made great contribution to Shuhan regime. So in light of political realm,we can say these talents realized the Shuhan regime.However, LiuBei and Zhugeliang only focused on these talents from Jingchu area.gave them more trust and responsibility than others.This caused split in Shuhan regime.had a very bad effect on unity. From military aspect,Jiangxiang talents made the most important contribution to consolidate the regime; From the point of civilization,they promoted the thrive of Xiangyang at the end period of Han dynasty and the formation of Jinzhou School,the development of Jin science. The rulers of Shu Han regime, both liu bei and Zhu geliang also paid attention to JingXiang’s talent. However, LiuBei and Zhugeliang still made many mistakes. This paper analyzes LiuBei and Zhugeliang on the gain and loss use of talents to JingXiang. And it also summarizes the effects and the lessons learned of the mistakes of Shuhan regime.
