Research On Quality Culture Resources On The Interaction Mechanism Between YIQUAN And LIANGYI In Chongqing

Culture is the soul of a nation, its status and role in the competition ofcomprehensive national strength has become more prominent, and enhancing culturalsoft power has become an important strategy for many countries to enhance the corecompetitiveness. With the development of economic and social, cultural the needs ofcultural of the masses of the people is expanding. The report of the18th session of theNational People’s Congress point out that "cultural soft power significantly enhanced" isone of the requirements as five new comprehensive essential to build a well-off societyin an all-round way. Chongqing keeps up the pace, strengthens the city’s culturaldevelopment, and cultural undertakings have developed rapidly. Compared with thepace of economic development, cultural development in Chongqing is lagging behind.Cultural development in the region is relatively large gap and the cultural resources areunevenly distributed. It can not meet the people’s growing spiritual and cultural needs,and does not phase adapt to requirements and building a moderately prosperous societyin general and the status of Municipality directly under the central government.Therefore, how to rely on its own foundation and conditions for co-ordinating regionalcultural development is particularly necessary.In this paper, for the government can not fully Guarantee the premise of theresidents’ cultural needs of “Yi Quan Liang Yi” in Chongqing, how to play theirrespective advantages to achieve high-quality cultural resources interactive is necessary,in order to effectively solve the problem of inadequate government allocation,promotion of inter-regional cultural the cause of balanced development. This paperattempts from at home and abroad, have studied on the basis of retrospective culturalinteraction theory, analyses the current situation and problems of the development ofcultural undertakings in Chongqing and Chongqing Cultural Resources, and draw on thebasis of domestic and international experience to build “Yi Quan Liang Yi” culturalresources interactive mechanism. And It proposes mutual aid, cooperation and marketthree interactive path selection. Though effective interaction and communication of thehigh-quality cultural resources between “Yi Quan” and “Liang Yi”, it is advantageous toenrich people’s cultural life in the region, promote the integrated development of urbanand rural cultural undertakings in Chongqing, and further promote the implementationof the strategy of Chongqing Culture City.
