Since the first Chinese Version came out in1915, the Spanish Literature has been tightly bound to China. The Chinese acceptance and study concerning Spanish Literature have experienced a long process of being gradually deep-going and detailing:translating from English or other Versions to coming from the originals; developing from excerpt translation to full text translation; expanding from brief introduction only to a more intensive study with regard to the authors’life, the investigation in relation to figures and connotation; finally, to the development of integrating and compiling the whole History of Spanish Literature.This article tends to analyze the Chinese acceptance and research process towards Spanish Literature mainly from three parts. It begins with the research situation in the initial stage, which was the period from the entrance of Spanish Literature till the Cultural Revolution. Then the following section is focusing on the research status of the Spanish Literature in the New Period, a period until the New Century after the end of the Cultural Revolution. Started with some research papers and monographs, this part does the analysis and integration job for the process of acceptance and research, from which periodical characteristic of the research and its trend of development is summarized. Thus, within the second part, to sum up the stage characteristics and the attention focus among different versions, certain significant history Of Word Literature and that of Spanish Literature are arranged and reorganized. In the third section then, the Chinese acceptance and study process of the Spanish literary masterpiece Don Quixote is chosen to be the analysis object. Except for sketching the course of translation and research on that certain works, this part also pays close attention to its influence towards Chinese writers and academics. In brief, this article tries to present a panorama gram of Spanish Literature, by means of data integration and analysis, from the Chinese academic perspective.
