| Objective: To observe the clinical effect of a methods of Shuganheweihuayu on thetreatment of functional dyspepsia(FD).Methods:100 cases of functional dyspepsia were randomly divided into two groups. 50cases in treatment group were treated by a method of Shuganheweihuayu, and 50 cases incontrol group were treated by a method of Shuganhewei. With a treatment course of fourweeks in both groups, the therapeutic effect was analyzed by observation of symptomscore, improvement and gastric emptying dysfunction.Results:(1) The total effective rate in treatment group (90%) was markedly higher than that incontrol group(66%, P＜0.01).(2) The symptom score was obviously lower in treatment group (8.58±6.39) aftertreatment (31.14±11.81, P＜0.01).(3) The symptom score was markedly lower in treatment group (8.58±6.39) compared towhich of control group ( 13.78±9.20, P＜0.01).(4) FBH concentration in treatment group(10.82±7.89ppm) had obviously descended aftertreatment (31.26±7.07ppm, P＜0.01).(5) FBH concentration in treatment group(10.82±7.89ppm) had descended compared towhich of control group (16.56±11.24ppm, P＜0.05).(6) Comparing with the control group (66.67%), The treatment group improved thegastric emptying dysfunction effectively (86.84%, P＜0.05).Conclusion: The clinical effect of a methods of Shuganheweihuayu on the treatment offunctional dyspepsia is superior to a methods of Shuganhewei. A methods ofShuganheweihuayu could raise effect of functional dyspepsia, obviously improvesymptoms and gastric emptying dysfunction. |
