The Relation Of Different Course Of Glucose Metabolize Disorder And Traditional Chinese Medicine Syndrome

Objective: To discuss the relation between the different course of glucose metabolizedisorderly and Tradition Chinese Medicine syndromeMethods: We investigate the clinical syndrome of 148 cases who are in differentcourse of glucose metabolize disorder There are 30 IGR,56 DM without obviouslycomplication and 62 DM with complication, we will analyze distribution disciplinarian ofQi-deficiency symptom, Yin-deficiency symptom and blood Stasis syndrome in three group.Meanwhile we observe the relation between blood stasis syndrome and diabetes chroniccomplication.Results: According to frequency,the distribution of three group is that qi deficiencysyndrome is 23.6%, deficiency of qi and yin syndrome is 20.3% and blood stasis due toyin deficiency syndrome is 41.2%, blood stasis due to qi deficiency syndrome is 12.8%,yin deficiency symptom is 14.9%, blood stasis syndrome is 6.1%.The distrbution ofsyndrome in group A is that Qi -deficiency syndrome is 70%, yin deficiency symptom is13.3%、deficiency of qi and yin syndrome is 6.7%, blood stasis due to yin deficiencysyndrome is 6.7%,blood stasis syndrome is 3.3%。The distrbution of syndrome in groupB is that deficiency of qi and yin syndrome is 16.1%,yin deficiency symptom is 10.2%,qideficiency syndrome is 5.9%, blood stasis due to qi deficiency syndrome is 5.1%, bloodstasis due to yin deficiency symptom is 5.1%,blood stasis syndrome is 2.5%。Thedistrbution of syndrome in group C is that blood stasis due to yin deficiency symptom is27.4%, blood stasis due to qi deficiency syndrome is 17.7%, deficiency of qi and yinsyndrome is 14.5%, qi deficiency syndrome is 11.3%, yin deficiency syndrome is 9.1%,blood stasis syndrome is 8.1%.There is obviously meaning in Statistics betweenQi-deficiency syndrome and the different course of glucose metabolize disorder. So doYin-deficiency syndrome and blood stasis syndrome. Blood stasis syndrome and thechronic complication of diabetes have obviously meaning in Statistics. Conclusion: Qi-deficiency symptom complex exists in the course of DM. Blood stasissyndrome and the chronic complication of diabetes have obviously meaning. Qi-deficiencysyndrome exists in IGR.Yin-deficiency is subordinate in DM without obvious complicationalong with the course of DM. Blood stasis syndrome is subordinate in DM with obviouscomplication. Crossover phenomenon between symptoms increase along with the course.There is obviously meaning in Statistics between Qi-deficiency syndrome and the differentcourse of glucose metabolize disorder.
