Objective: To investigate the effect of symptoms by treating the patientsconstipation types of deficiency of both QI and YIN using medicinal broth of reinforcingQi nourishing Yin and relaxing the bowels, contrasting with Forlax, and observing thediversify of intestinal flora and NO before and after the drug interfering.Method: 53 cases of patients constipation types of deficiency of both QI and YINwere enrolled in the study and randomly divided into two groups,26 cases of traditionalChinese drug groups and western medicine groups. To survey the intestinal flora and NObefore and after the drug interfering on each patient for on 3 weeks. The traditionalChinese drug groups adopt medicinal broth of reinforcing Qi nourishing Yin and relaxingthe bowels,and western medicine groups adopt Forlax.Observe the diversity of symptoms,and laboratory examinations,and evaluate the therapeutic effect.Result: The therapeutic effect of medicinal broth of reinforcing Qi nourishing Yinand relaxing the bowels is much better than that of Forlax about the constipation type ofdeficiency of both QI and YIN.(P<0.01)Conclusion:The medicinal broth of reinforcing Qi nourishing Yin and relaxing thebowels has asignificant therapeutic effect on constipation type of deficiency of both QI andYIN(P<0.01),and has no adverse reaction.The sensitivity and reliability about intestinalflora, serum NO,T lymphocyte subgroup and immunoglobulin in peripheral blood islow,which can not be the objective index for clinical observing on constipation(P>0.05).
