Treatment Of Lumber Intervertebral Disa Prolapse Through Vertebral Plate Fenestration And Conser Vative Treatment

[Objective]: To evaluate the clinical recent effect of vertebralplate fenestration, contrast with conservative treatment and provide thereference for the clinical.[Method]: 40 patients with Lumber Intervertebral Disa Prolapse(LIDP)inside orthopedics of jiang su province hospital of traditionalChinese medicine in the last two years to be the object, they were dividedvoluntarily into the vertebral plate fenestration and conser vativetreatment according to the treatment method.[Result]:①The total choiceness rate: the clinical result wasachieved in 85% of the vertebral plate fenestration and in 50% of theconservative two weeks after treatment, there is significant differencein both groups, but after three months is 90%and 75%, there is nosignificant difference.②Improving the symptoms of low back and legpain, the vertebral plate fenestration groups was better than the conservative groups at one、two weeks, but three months ago, there is nosignificant difference.[Conclusion] : The clinical result is better with applying vertebralplate fenestration, especially it is quickly than the conser vative ofimproving symptom.[KEYWORDS]: Lumber Intervertebral Disa Prolapse、vertebral platefenestration、conser vative...
