The Clinical Efficacy On Treating Pi-Man Of The Typk Of Liver And Stomach Disharmony Induced By Cancer Chemotherapy By Jianpi Tiaoli Decoction

Objective: By using the JIANPI TIAOLI decoction to treat PI-MAN of the type of liver andstomach disharmony induced by cancer chemotherapy,we will observe the clinical efficacyand the changes of indicators, at the same time,we will explore the mechanism of it in orderto find a better way to cure it..Method:60patients who consist with the diagnostic criterias of PI-MAN of the type ofliver and stomach disharmony induced by cancer chemotherapy are divided into controlgroup and treatment group by the randomized control method, each group has30patients.The control group was given20mg “Domperidone” three times a day for a course of twoweeks;the treatment group was given150ml “JIANPI TIAOLI decoction” at morning andevening for a course of two weeks.It is required to observe changes of indicators before andafter the treatment such as clinical symptom points, motilin, gastrin, anxiety and depressionscale score before and after the treatment of patients, and the adverse reactions afrer thetreatment in the two groups, then we will set up a database and conduct a data analysis byusing SPSS17.0statistical software.Results: When it has not started to cure，in the two groups the indicates about clinicalsymptom point, motilin，gastrin and anxiety and Depression Scale score (P>0.05) are notstatistically significant. Comparison between the two groups after the treatment is asfollows:1. the treatment group follows90.00%of total effective rate for clinical effects,higher than66.67%of the control group (P<0.05).2. Both groups can significantly improvetotal symptom points of patients with JIANPI TIAOLI decoction induced by cancerchemotherapy (P<0.01) and the treatment group follows the better effects than the controlgroup (P<0.05).3. Compared with conditions of both groups before the treatment, thepoints of upper abdominal fullness、epigastric burning、dry throat and bitter taste、eructation、 acid regurgitation、 anorexia、 constipation have a significantly differnce(P<0.01).4.Compared with each group before the treatment, the motilin follows asignificant difference (P<0.01); compared with the control group after the treatment, thetreatment group has some difference in the motilin (P<0.05).5. Compared with each groupbefore the treatment, the gastrin follows a significant difference (P<0.01); compared withthe control group after the treatment, the treatment group has some difference in the gastrin(P<0.05).6.Compared with conditions of both groups, after the treatment in both groups,theanxiety and depression scale score has a significant difference (P<0.01); compared with thecontrol group after the treatment, the treatment group follows a significant difference in theanxiety and depression scale score (P<0.01).7. The treatment group has no significantadverse reactions.Conclusion:1.By using the JIANPI TIAOLI decoction, it can significantly promote clinicalsymptoms of patients with PI-MAN of the type of liver and stomach disharmony inducedafter cancer chemotherapy.2. By using the JIANPI TIAOLI decoction, it can significantlyalter the lever of motilin and gastrin.3.After the chemotherapy, the alternation of motilinand gastrin maybe one of the mechanisms about dyspepsia.4.By using the JIANPI TIAOLIdecoction, it can significantly improve the situation of patiences’ anxiety and depression.5.JIANPI TIAOLI decoction have made many diffirent fields and segments in treatingPI-MAN of the type of liver and stomach disharmony induced after cancer chemotherapy, itreflect its own features and outstanding advantages of Chinese medicine and has nosignificant side effect. Above all, using JIANPI TIAOLI decoction can better improveclinical symptoms about PI-MAN of the type of liver and stomach disharmony inducedafter cancer chemotherapy and promote gastric emptying.
