A Research On Factors Of Influence On The Quality Of Medical Services In Public Hospitals

With the rapid development of national economy, our country’s public health undertakings have also made rapid progress, as of2013, medical service institutions from more than30000in2000to nearly1million. County public hospitals in China have more advanced medical equipment service, continuously improve service quality, service types are increasingly diversified. However, county public hospital medical service quality management in China started relatively late, the system is relatively mature, there are many shortcomings. Should pay attention to the factors that affect county public hospitals in our country medical service quality analysis, put forward by the positive response to the eighteenth big improve people’s livelihood, in order to ensure the patients to enjoy fully the rights of the medical treatment. For now, the domestic county public hospital medical service quality influence factors of research is still relatively small, the research achievements in the aspect of systematic, comprehensive and targeted also needs to be strengthened.This study G county people’s hospital of Yunnan province as the object of case study, the author through the combination of theoretical research and empirical research, using the theory of new public service theory and customer satisfaction from the background of reform of public hospitals in China the present situation of the medical service quality research in to evaluate the quality of medical services related to domestic and foreign scholars research results, on the basis of the county to the influence factors of the public hospital medical service quality assumptions, through questionnaire survey and data analysis methods such as the influential factors of the county public hospital medical service quality system analysis and research.The study found, the major factors affecting the quality of county public hospital medical hospital according to the illness can make patients to choose the personalized service, whether the patients recovery for subsequent tracking services, medicines and the high cost of inspection, medical procedure complex, high and low, the efficiency of hospital management organization and how easy it is to reflect the views of hospital patients to hospital advice to patients with a patient’s satisfaction, is there a written procedure to deal with patients complaints or discontent.On the analysis of the factors influencing the county public hospital medical service quality, on the basis of the author puts forward optimizing medical environment, strengthening the service management, improve the service quality of medical personnel, establish a sound management mechanism, insist on medical service innovation and correctly handle complaints suggestions related policies, to improve and enhance the county public hospital medical service quality to provide certain reference.
