Objective:Analyze different thyroid stimulating hormone (TSH) levels in type2diabetes mellitus (2dm) merger of nonalcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD) risk factors. Methods:By gender, age, matching, our hospital in October2013in February2014,5months in hospital patients choose2dm merger NAFLD patients200cases, female53cases,47men, with an average age of50.5(4.7mm), according to the TSH level, it can be divided into5.3mIU/L>TSH>2.5mIU/L group100and0.3mIU/L <TSH≤2.5mIU/L group of100or less. the inclusion criteria:(1)2dm conform to the world health organization (WHO) diagnostic criteria in1999;(2) the NAFLD diagnosis B to exceed, reference standard of the Chinese medical association in2010nonalcoholic fatty liver disease diagnosis and treatment guidelines;(3) all the object of study normal thyroid function. Exclusion criteria:(1) are using drugs affect thyroid function;(2) recent (3months) with acute diseases such as myocardial infarction, severe infections, trauma, etc in the stress state of patients;(3) malignant tumor;(4) serious heart, liver, kidney failure, and hypertension;(5) pregnant or breastfeeding; Metabolism of the following indicators:body mass index (BMI), total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG), vinegar, low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C), high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C), apolipoprotein A (Apo-A), apolipoprotein B (Apo-B), fasting insulin (FINS), index of insulin resistance (HoMA IR), insulin sensitive index (ISI) as the independent variable, with different TSH levels as dependent variables to make related analysis, observation2dm combined NAFLD patient TSH level and the correlation of the above-mentioned metabolic indices. And all the normal distribution measurement data by mean and standard deviation (X and s) said, non-normal distribution of data by converting logarithmic normal distribution.Normal distribution of measurement data comparison between the two groups using t test, P<0.05for the difference was statistically significant.Correlation analysis with multiple linear regression analysis.Results:1. Two group effects of thyroid hormone levels in the two groups, serum FT3and FT4levels drop, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).2. TSH level in the two groups of various metabolic index comparison:the effect of using multiple linear regression analysis, T2DM merger in patients with NAFLD included the following indicators:TSH(Y) WHR and BMI (X2), TC (X3), TG (X4), LDL-C (X5), HDL-C (X6), Apo A1(X7), Apo B (byX8), FINS (X9), HOMA IR (X10), respectively by TSH correlation analysis for the dependent variable.BMI (X1), TG (X4).Conclusion:TSH levels in the normal range, then the body actually has the synthesis and secretion of thyroid hormone deficiencies, compensatory TSH secretion increased, but due to keep the thyroid function is normal, there is no obvious clinical symptoms, A moderately elevated TSH levels, the slight change of thyroid hormone, has impact on glucolipid metabolism, thus affecting the T2DM combined metabolic indices of NAFLD.
