Background:At present,clinical thyroid nodule diseases are gradually on the rise. Many pathogenic factors lead to errors in diagnosis and treatment. It is not conducive to the rehabilitation of patients. But combining routine examination and molecular markers provided efficient diagnosis. The investigation concluded that the main reason, leading to the occurrence of thyroid nodule diseases occur mainly in the following points:Materials:Thyroid disease induced by iodine deficiency,(generally induced thyroid diseases include turnips, food and soil of magnesium, calcium, zinc material, or drinking water hardness is too high, or taking potassium perchlorate, colchicine, potassium thiocyanate, sulfa drugs and amino acid etc., thereby inhibiting synthesis and release of thyroxine), hormone synthesis by inhibiting (mainly for the familial thyroid disease, the influence factors for defects, hereditary enzyme causing hormone synthesis is inhibited, or is the lack of water solution of enzyme, resulting in thyroid hormone synthesis and secretion is inhibited).Objective:show signs of ultrasonic and molecular of benign and malignant thyroid nodules were analyzed, to explore the correlation of gene expression with thyroid nodules by ultrasonography, to provide more evidence for clinical treatment and prognosis of thyroid nodules.Methods:100patients with thyroid nodules were randomly selected from2011January-2012year in February in the Ji’nan No.4Hospital to accept operation treatment, clinical data of patients by retrospective analysis method, to explore the relationship between the object and the acoustic characteristics of the molecular mark of thyroid nodules.Results:the expression of P16, RB gene in thyroid carcinoma was significantly higher than that in benign thyroid nodules group, and further discusses the parenchyma echo, boundary, micro calcification, length and width ratio, blood flow, lymph node metastasis and associated P16, RB gene.Conclusions:color Doppler ultrasound for thyroid nodules have high Sensitivity, it is an effective method for differentiating benign from malignant thyroid nodules and early diagnosis of thyroid cancer. Ultrasonographic features and pathological characteristics and gene expression in thyroid carcinoma and thyroid tumors have some correlation, according to the performance of ultrasonic thyroid carcinoma biologic behavior and prognosis of cancer were evaluated...
