Objective:To Discuss the clinical value of MRI imaging in the evaluation of fetal of normal lung development and maturity in pregnancy late. Methods:A retrospective analysis of the self-December2005to December20135892routine MRI in late pregnancy (18-40weeks) single live fetus, which screened by ultrasound and magnetic resonance imaging showed bilateral fetal lung and magnetic resonance image shows normal development of bilateral fetal lungs are clear and complete (with coronal based)1286fetuses after SIMENSE MRI processing workstation, using the method of measurement of fetal lung scan points on each cross-sectional area and thickness of the interlayer spacing combined with scanning software derived by calculating the volume of the left lung fetus, fetal lung volume and total lung volume value, and select regions of interest were measured signal strength of the fetal lungs and liver, lung, liver, signal ratio calculation, statistical data obtained in the third trimester of different normal gestation fetal left lung volume, lung volume, total lung volume and lung normal range liver signal ratio and shows its correlation curve with gestanonai aye. Results:In the third trimester normal fetuses, with the gestational age of the fetus increases lung volume, the total volume of the left lung and lung volume increased, a positive linear correlation; liver and lung signal ratio is decreased with increasing gestational age. Under the same gestational age fetus lung volume slightly larger than the left lung volume. Conclusion: MRI can not only clearly and accurately display edge fine structure of the fetal lungs, and can be quantified to assess the degree of lung development and maturation is an important method to check the fetal respiratory system checks.
