Objective The study is to exPlore effective nursing intervention measures in the systemic luPus erythematosus(SLE) complicated with metabolic syndrome(MS) Patients. In order to control and treatment metabolic syndrome effectively, reduce the occurrence of cardiovascular events,imProve the quality of life in systemic luPus erythematosus Patients. To imProve the quality of life and long-term Prognosis. Methods we choose82cases Patients with SLE complicated with MS in2012.01.01-2013.6.30from the DePartment of Dermatology, Provincial hosPital affiliated with Shandong University, including male2cases, female80cases, age19-58years, average37.8土11.6years. Inclusion criteria:All Patients diagnosed according to1997America Rheumatism Association revised criteria for the classification of SLE and the International Diabetes Federation (IDF) criera for MS;②systemic luPus erythematosus disease activity index (SLEDAI) score Less than10;③volunteered to Participate in this survey;④with a clear language exPression ability.Exclusion criteria①family serious mental illness or disease、severe mental or cognitive imPairment;②combined infection and organ function failure;③Pregnancy;④combined with other autoimmune diseases. Patients were randomly divided into an intervention grouP and a control grouP with41cases in each. The control grouP only received conventional nursing cares. The intervention grouP was given nursing intervention focus on mentak diet,、exercise、life style on the basis of conventional care. The clinical data of each Patient was recorded, including:record number, gender, age, date of admission, smoking history, drinking history; weekly measurements of systolic blood Pressure (SBP), diastolic blood Pressure (DBP):Patients in a quiet environment to rest5minutes, suPine brachial artery blood Pressure measurement for2times, the average;body weight:the morning after defecation, a single measurement of body weitht; waist circumference:euPnea umbilical1cm level Perimeter,;fasting blood glucose and PostPrandial2h blood glucose; total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG), high density liPoProtein cholesterol(HDL-C)and recorded. Statistical analysis was Performed using SPSS17statistical software, the measurement data indexes (x±s) said, with grouP t test, count data using t test, P<0.05with statistical significance.Result There is no statistically significant difference in baseline between the two grouPs(P>0.05). The intervention grouP before and after weight loss is not significant (P>0.05). While the control grouP before and after the intervention body weight increased significantly (P<0.05),2grouPs after the intervention, body weight had significant difference (P<0.05). The decline in the numbers of2h PostPrandial blood glucose after treatment, there is a significant difference between the intervention grouP comPared with the control grouP (P<0.05), two grouPs has no significant difference in fasting blood glucose(P>0.05).Two grouPs of SBP before and after the intervention, there was significant difference (P<0.05). After the intervention, the number of total cholesterol decreased is bigger in intervention grouP than control grouP(P<0.05). But the decline of triglyceride and high density liPoProtein is basically the same to before treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion Nursing intervention can effectively imProve the clinical indicaters in SLE Patients combined with MS, esPecially in weight, PostPrandial2h blood glucose,TC and SBP. Nursing intervention can helP the metabolic syndrome to be effectively controlled and treatment, reduce cardiovascular events in SLE Patients occurred, imProve quality of life and long-term Prognosis in Patients. It is worthy of clinical aPPlication.
