Background: Coronary heart disease has become a threat to human healthkiller, at any time there is a serious disease caused by myocardial infarction, sudden death may, therefore, accurate judgement of the severity of coronaryartery stenosis in early detection is very important.Coronary angiography indiagnosis of coronary heart disease is the "gold standard", but the application isrestricted. As CT technology continues to progress, dual source spiral CT playsan increasingly important role in the diagnosis of CHD. Past studies have shownthat dual source spiral CT in the evaluation of coronary artery and moderatestenosis, the sensitivity specificity is high, but slightly lower evaluation ofsevere stenosis. This study was designed to investigate the dual source spiral CTwas used to diagnosis the accuracy and feasibility of coronary artery severestenosis.Method:133patients with CHD were examined At the same time by dualsource spiral CT coronary angiography and coronary angiography (CAG), with conventional CAG as the gold standard, the dual source spiral CT coronaryartery imaging results and the results of CAG were compared, to evaluate itsaccuracy index of coronary artery severe stenosis. Results: Dual source spiral CT angiography in the diagnosis of coronaryartery stenosis≥75%sensitivity, specificity, accuracy, positive predictive value, and negative predictive value were85.19%,64.00%,81.20%,91.09%,50.00%,compared with CAG and there was no significant difference (P>0.05). Forstenosis≥75%single coronary artery, DSCT in the diagnosis of left main, leftanterior descending branch, Diagonal Braches of the right coronary artery, comparing with CAG, there was no significant difference between them (P>0.05).Conclusions: Dual source spiral CT as a noninvasive method, for thediagnosis of coronary artery severe stenosis (≥75%stenosis) of high sensitivity, accuracy, can be used as basis to assess the severity of coronary artery stenosis.
