Objective:To study the image feature of18F-FDG PET/CT in the patientswith diarrhea predominant irritable bowel syndromeMethods: Measure the thirty cases of healthy people, twelve cases ofdiarrhea predominant irritable bowel syndrome diagnosis by manifestationsPET/CT SUVmax of Ascending colon、Transverse colon、Descending colon、Sigmoid colon and Rectum, observed involvement range of cases group,Andthen compared theirs SUVmax of Ascending colon、Transverse colon、Descending colon、Sigmoid colon and Rectum in the imaging.Results:1,Healthy people Scending colon、Transverse colon、Descendingcolon、Sigmoid colon and Rectum the SUVmax the mean is (2.51±1.07)、(1.97±0.86)、(1.95±0.7)、(2.49±0.71)、(2.23±0.78),Case group Scendingcolon、Transverse colon、Descending colon、Sigmoid colon and Rectum theSUVmax the mean is (3.25±2.30)、(2.42±0.59)、(2.73±1.5)、(3.85±1.45)、(3.12±1.24)。2, the mean SUVmax of sigmoid of Normal group is2.49±0.71,the mean SUVmax of sigmoid of Normal group is3.85±1.45. The both group ofthe sigmoid SUVmax mean significant difference (t=10.24,p=0.003). Theremaining differences were not statistically significant。3,the mean SUVmax differences of Scending colon、Transverse colon、Descending colon、Sigmoidcolon and Rectum in the normal group have meaningful, the mean SUVmaxdifferences of Scending colon、Transverse colon、Descending colon、Sigmoidcolon and Rectum in the case group have no meaningful.4,10%of normalhealthy bowel radioactive concentration count≥3segments,50%of patients inthe case group radioactive concentration count≥3bowel segments. CT showedno structural abnormalities on the both group.Conclusion:1,Normal people ascending colon, transverse colon, descending colon, sigmoid colon and rectum18F-FDG PET/CT imaging in thesame each bowel uptake insufficiency, pairwise comparisons showed differencesin the group are: the ascending colon and transverse colon, descending colonand ascending colon, transverse colon and sigmoid colon, descending colon andthe sigmoid.2,Case group ascending colon, transverse colon, descending colon, sigmoid colon and rectum18F-FDG PET/CT imaging in each bowel uptakewas no significant difference.3,the sigmoid metabolized in the case groupcompared with the control group significantly increased.4,Involvement range ofbowel in the case group compared with the normal group wide, colon segmentson two groups of patients had no abnormal CT.
